   Documentation Planning

   CoO, inspection, phyto, radioactivity, MSDS and destination-specific documents identified upfront.

5. 05

   Order & Quality Check

   PO placed. Pre-shipment inspection via SGS / BV / Intertek as required.

6. 06

   Export & Freight

   Customs clearance, cargo booking (FCL/LCL/breakbulk/project). Bill of Lading issued.

7. 07

   Settlement

   Full document set forwarded. Payment through bank per LC or per agreed terms.
